Join us as we discover one of the Costa de la Luz's most beautiful coastal walking routes, where lush pine forests meet crystal-clear turquoise waters. We'll meet at La Cabaña de Bolonia at 10:00am, before setting off on a stunning circular walk through the Parque Natural del Estrecho.

Distance: 9.34kms

Time: Approximately 3 Hours (Plus plenty of time for swimming, photos and lunch!)

Elevation Gain: 95m

Trail Type: Circular Loop

Difficulty: Easy To Moderate

Our route begins from the beautiful Playa de Bolonia, following the Colada de la Reginosa trail through peaceful Mediterranean woodland. We'll wander beneath the shade of fragrant Stone Pines, passing wild olive trees, juniper, mastic shrubs and other native Mediterranean plants that make this protected natural park so special. Keep your eyes peeled too, as you never know what birds and wildlife we might spot along the way!

As we continue, we'll be treated to breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, with the sparkling coastline never too far from our side. The return journey follows the spectacular coastline, taking us past secluded coves, quiet beaches and dramatic sea views that make Bolonia one of Andalucía's hidden gems.

Of course, it wouldn't be a Random Fun Adventures hike without taking time to slow down and enjoy it all! We'll stop along the way for a refreshing ocean swim, giving everyone the chance to cool off in the crystal-clear water before relaxing together to enjoy our packed lunches, sharing food, laughs and great conversation.

If the tide is too high to walk along the beach, we'll simply take the upper coastal path, which still offers fantastic views as it winds alongside the pine forest.

Whether you're coming for the exercise, the scenery, the swim or simply to spend the day with a lovely group of people, this promises to be a truly unforgettable adventure.

⚠️ Important Information ⚠️

There is a very short scramble down from the coastal path onto the beach. So we'll be on our bums for this. But we'll take it nice and slow :) Also, please bring LOTS of water!!! Because it will still be very warm in the morning
