This will be our 5th Cooking Class, following the GREAT SUCCESS of our Thai, Mexican, Chinese and English classes. 

So this week we're off to Italy!!! And we'll be cooking a Risotto. Ingredients needed:

100g Arborio or any Risotto Rice 

Onion 1/4 

Garlic 1 

Mushrooms 2 

White Wine Splash 

Dried or Fresh Basil 1 Tbls 

Parmesan 2 Tbls 

Butter 80g 

Chicken or Veg Stock 1 

Half a Chicken Breast or 8 Prawns or 4/5 Extra Mushrooms 

Salt & Pepper To Taste

Soooooo.... We'll be collaborating with the wonderful Louise & Ed from Fate Foods at Benesse to offer you this Weekly Worldly Cooking Extravaganza!!! 

Learn new dishes to impress Yourself & Others!!! 

Classes will be limited to 10, to allow for lots of interaction and guidance!!!
