Once again, we're heading to the Legendary "Mikes Gym" on Saturday 24th of October!!! 🏋🏼🏋🏼🏋🏼

Random Fun Adventures has been here MANY times, and we absolutely love it!!!! 💜💜💜

We've been with Complete Beginners and we've been with Assault Course Professionals, and all levels enjoy the challange A LOT!!!x

So if you want to get your fitness back on track after Lockdown!!! Or want to test out your Stamina!!! Or just want to have a Fun Day Out on an Assault Course.... This ones for you!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

We'll be paired with our very own personal instructor, who will talk us through absolutely every obstacle. They guide us on how to tackle the course safely. We'll then have the opportunity to enjoy the course again once we are all fully inducted 🏋🏼🏋🏼🏋🏼
