Every week I'll encourage you to track your Steps, and you'll be your own competition!!! Every extra step you do, they'll be added to your final total!!! But any weeks you do less, those will be deducted from your final total as welll!!! 😆😆😆

So the aim is to increase those steps week, by week!!! 

We'll have our own little leaderboard, that will keep up motivated too!!!

Then at the end, we'll have three winners!!! The Person with the greatest Step % increase by the end of 2020 and two other Winners selected at Random, just for taking part!!!

So ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE has a chance of winning!!! No matter how many steps you do...
