Now the weather is getting a lot nicer, we'll be moving our Full Moon Gatherings on to the beach at Casares Marina. We're inviting you to slow down, take some time for yourself, breathe a little deeper and nourish your Mind, Body & Soul. Let's Come Together & Harness The Power Of The Full Moon 🌙🌙🌕🌕Where we'll be meeting Every Month - Every Full Moon!

A few words from Barry -

My Spiritual journey begain in Bahrain where I lived from 2002–2017, where I trained in and worked with NLP, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki. Since I left in 2020, I have trained for five years with Jim Self in Mastering Alchemy, Spiritual Response Therapy, Access Consciousness, Kinesiology, and 7th Plane/Theta Healing. I also spent four months living with an Incan shaman in Peru studying plant medicine and four months with Drigung Kagyu monks in the Himalayas learning Tummo (ice) meditation healing, and also trained and worked with Irish, Indian, American, African, Middle Eastern Sufi, and Kabbalistic healers across a range of healing modalities in this time.

On the night, the group will set clear intentions for areas of life they wish to improve by writing them out. Through a guided meditation, awareness will be brought to the Soul Star above the crown chakra, and the group will journey with their astral and energy bodies to the Seventh Plane. Participants will then experience a visualised shower of divine light, love, and consciousness for approximately 20–40 minutes, to anchor intentions, after which they will be guided back to reconnect with the crystalline core of Mother Earth for secure re-embodiment into their physical bodies. There after the intentions will be burned in an offering concluding the ceremony

We're all cyclical beings, so lets tap into the energy of nature and the moon cycles. During these sessions, we'll be exploring a range of topics, from Meditation, Goal Setting, Crystals, Law Of Attraction, Yoga, Reiki, Breathwork, Feng Shui, Beliefs, Affirmations & absolutely anything & everything that will aid us in Co-Creating the life we are aspiring to live & love🪐⭐🪐​

As a student of life myself, I'll be simply organising the Meetups. However, I'd love to invite guest practitioners to come along and share any holistic work that they do, so we can facilitate these sessions together, as a group. I'm not an expert in any of these areas, but I want to learn and have my eyes opened. So please let me know if you'd like to Co-Host one of our future meetups - It'll be a great way to showcase your business and your available services too.
