Come and join us for a Weekend Hike!!! Twice a month we'll visit a new location, of varying fitness levels and varying distances - so there's something for EVERYONE!!!x

Come along and spend time in Nature, Get Fit, Meet New People and HIKE HIKE HIKE!!!x

All hikes are priced at €10.00pp 

So About This Route: 

Name: The Honey River / Rio del Miel

Location: Algeciras

Distance: 8kms

Elevation: 150m

An Oldie... But a Goodie!!!

Starting the River Hike at 11:00am 🕙🌎💪🏾⛰

The route isn't too long... Maybe 3-4kms each way. However we do take the route within the river itself!!! So adequate footwear is required, with lots of grip

I would class the route as medium difficulty, just because of the uneven terrain, river crossings and odd bits of climbing over wet rocks. So please only join us if you are physically fit, have good balance and enjoy getting wet 🌊🌊🌊😂😂😂

We've explored this route a few times, and its absolutely perfect for the Summer Months, as you get to enjoy & swim in the beautiful waterfalls and rock pools along the way 🤿🩱🩲🩳🤿

What To Pack:

☑ Snacks, Packed Lunch & Lots of Water 

☑ Sun Cream 

☑ Sun Glasses 

☑ Medication - If Needed 

☑ Waterproof Camera 

☑ Swimwear - If Wanting To Get In 

☑ Towel

☑ Waterproof Bag

☑ No Valuables 

☑ Comfortable Trainers or Hiking Boots 

☑ Water Shoes For The Rock Pool

There's Lots Of Free Parking!!!! 🚘🚘🚘
