OHHHH I'M EXCITED!!!! This is one of Random Fun Adventures favourite winter hikes, simply because we get to indulge in a YUMMY LA FINCA Sunday Lunch!!! We've done this one Many, Many, Many Times... So you're in for a treat! 🏞️⛰️🥾💪🏼⛰️🍗🥦🥔🥕🍽️🥃

✨ Adventure Awaits: Coastal Hike from La Línea/Gibraltar Border to Alcaidesa ✨

Embark on an unforgettable hike that blends coastal beauty, serene nature, and local charm. Starting from the La Línea/Gibraltar border, this trail will take you through the stunning landscapes of southern Spain, with incredible views and hidden gems along the way.

​

Highlights of the Journey:
Kick-off at the Gibraltar Border Begin with the iconic sight of the Rock of Gibraltar behind you. Snap some photos and take a deep breath—your adventure is just beginning.

​

Stop at Okay Cafe in Santa Margarita:
Midway through your journey, take a relaxing pause at Okay Cafe, a local favourite in Santa Margarita. Enjoy a refreshing drink or a snack in this laid-back spot, perfect for recharging.
 

Explore the Hills Above the Beach:
Continue along trails that weave above pristine beaches, offering panoramic sea views and the soothing sounds of the waves below. These hills are ideal for spotting wildlife and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.
 

Journey Through the Alcaidesa Hills:
Feel the serenity of nature as you trek through lush greenery and scenic paths. The higher you go, the better the views, with the Mediterranean Sea sparkling in the distance. This part is the toughest, as its a climb right to the top of Alcaidesa! Bear this in mind, take your time and catch your breathe as you go. as we'll be climbing a whooping 363m's!

About The Hike:

Linear One Way Route

Distance: Around 13kms 

Elevation: 363m

Time: 3-4 Hours 

Difficulty: Steep Incline In Alcaidesa, Uneven Terrain At Times - So I'll Rate This One As Medium Difficulty

After dinner, we can either share taxis back to the Mcdonalds in La Linea, or walk back along the beach, depending on the weather and the food comas!!! hehehe :) Sunday Lunch is completely optional. Only feel free to stay on if you wish 🏞️⛰️🥾💪🏼⛰️🍗🥦🥔🥕🍽️🥃

 

They have Meat, Vegan & Vegetarian options available and they are just amazing!!!! #SomethingForEveryone

1.1a) **Please Note!!! As with all Random Fun Adventures Now - If you are unable to attend an event, a refund can be issued if there are More Than 7 Working Days between your cancellation and the event itself - Minus a €10.00pp Cancellation Fee. If you must cancel an event within 7 Working Days, sadly your booking is lost and is non-refundable as all final arrangements would have been made by that point** Please also refer to the refund terms attached to your specific Random Fun Adventure. This can be checked when booking your event, as you'll need to confirm that you agree to these terms before proceeding with your booking. 

1.1b) **Please Note!!! As with all Random Fun Adventure Holidays, if you're unable to attend and need to cancel - €50.00pp will be retained from your booking. Once your flights have been booked, I'll be unable to refund that part of your booking as well. If you need to cancel your holiday within 21 days of travel or do not attend on the day, sadly 100% of your booking will be non-refundable. So please ensure you're happy with the event, date & times before proceeding with your reservation**

1.2 If you book using the 'Deposit Only' feature, all balances must be paid by the cut off date, stated on the specific Random Fun Adventure. If your balance is not settled, your spot will be freed up, and offered to anyone on the waitlist.

1.3 Photographs & Videos will be taken throughout all events and posted on Social Media and / or used for future Promotion. So please let me know if you'd like to be removed from any marketing BEFORE the event.

1.4 Random Fun Adventures is fully covered under Public Liability Insurance. However, it is 100% recommended to purchase additional insurance to cover your personal belongings and any specific medical conditions you may have. Personal Mountain Cover is also recommended for any Hikes you attend as well. 

1.5 I personally may not be at all Random Fun Adventure, but you'll be advised of your #RFA Ambassador 24 Hours before the event, if so. 

1.6 Most events will need a minimum of 10 participants to go ahead. So please spread the word with your friends. If we are below 10, I'll advise you with more than 24 Hours notice, if we need to cancel, postpone or adjust the event.

1.7 Email Addresses are automatically added to the Random Fun Adventures Mailing List, so look out for future updates!

1.8 If you're booking an international trip with Random Fun Adventures, it is your responsibility to check the Visa Requirements of the country you are travelling to. It is also your responsibility to obtain and bring all the relevant information and documentation required. Random Fun Adventures is not responsible for advising individuals on these requirements. If you book a Random Fun Adventure holiday, it is your responsibility, and your responsibility only - Please do your research!

1.9 By completing a booking, you are agreeing to the Ticket Policy Terms & Conditions stated above.
