Many of you have asked for it ... so your wish is our command!!! 

The Casares Cheese Experience, where one of the richest cheeses in the world is made. It is a really interesting experience, which all ages will enjoy. 

The Goat Cheese Farm is set in the middle of nature, just before the town of Casares. This is a hands-on experience and a full immersion into cheese! You will make cheese to take home. Also we will learn about the protected environment in which they are located, and more about how they came to the mountain, Sierra Crestellina range, 90 years ago.

You will be able to meet the protagonists of the farm, the payoya goats, just before they go out to the mountains to graze. But first, you will be able to milk them in the traditional way!

Then you will learn about the whole process of making cheese and yoghurt, from milking to processing. And you will be able to put it into practice with your own cheese. Of course, we will finish with a tasting of their cheeses accompanied by Local Wine 🧀🧀🍷🍷😋😋

This activity is suitable for all ages.
