Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a water sport born from surfing with modern roots in Hawaii. The aim is to eventually stand on boards that are floating on the water, and use a paddle to propel yourself through the water. Sandy Bay is a great spot to try this for the first time, as its a protected cove

However, this event is also perfect for those that have experience too 

We'll have an hours session in the water, and then have plenty of time to enjoy the beach after. So bring your beach gear, some snacks, some drinks, and lets make a morning of it :)
