**Please Note!!! Your €100 Deposit is used to secure and lock in your preferred date and time. Your date and time can be adjusted if you give us more than 7 days notice, and if we have the availability to accommodate the changes. If you are unable to attend your sail, a refund can be issued if there are more than 7 days between your cancellation and the event itself - Minus the €100 Deposit. If you need to cancel your sail within 7 days, sadly your booking is lost and is non-refundable as all final arrangements would have been made by that point. So please ensure you're happy with everything before completing the booking**

The Skippers name is Jacobo and his boat is called Sun Magic 44 - Juno ⛵ I personally may not be on all sails this summer. However, you'll be in very safe hands with Jacobo

🚨 1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.1a – Regular Events: If you can’t attend, a refund (minus a €10pp admin fee) is available only if cancelled more than 7 working days before the event. Cancellations within 7 working days are non-refundable. Always check the specific event’s terms when booking, as you'll need to agree to these to proceed.

1.2b – #RFA Adventure Holidays: If you cancel: €50pp will be retained. Once flights are booked, that part is non-refundable. If you cancel within 21 days of travel, the entire booking is non-refundable. Please double-check you're happy with the dates before reserving.

💳 2. Payment Options
2.1a - Deposits: If you’ve booked with a deposit, full payment is due by the date shown on your event. Miss the deadline? Your spot may go to someone on the waitlist.

📸 3. Media Consent
3.1a - Photos & videos are taken at all events for social media & future marketing. Let me know before the event if you'd prefer not to appear.
 

🛡️ 4. Insurance
4.1a - Random Fun Adventures is covered by Public Liability Insurance. However, you should also have:

Personal cover for belongings and medical needs

Mountain cover if you're joining a hike
Travel Insurance if you're joining a #RFAHoliday
 

👋 5. Your Host
5.1a - I may not personally be at every event — but don’t worry! You’ll meet your #RFA Ambassador 24 hours before the adventure if I’m not attending.
 

👯‍♀️ 6. Group Size & Cancellations
6.1a - Most events require a minimum of 10 people to go ahead. Please spread the word! If numbers fall short, we’ll let you know at least 24 hours in advance if we need to postpone.

📨 7. Mailing List & Updates
7.1a - Booking adds you to our email mailing list — keep an eye out for updates, special invites, and new adventures!
 

🧳 8. International Travel
8.1a - If you're booking an international trip with Random Fun Adventures, it is your responsibility to check the Visa Requirements of the country you are travelling to. It is also your responsibility to obtain and bring all the relevant information and documentation required. Random Fun Adventures is not responsible for advising individuals on these requirements. If you book a Random Fun Adventure holiday, it is your responsibility, and your responsibility only - Please do your research!

🚌 9. Coach Travel Information
9.1a - We use the standard Public Bus route when completing Random Fun Adventures. Therefore, we use safe public bus stops only. Pickup is typically on the right side of the road, and our return drop-offs are on the left. This is to prevent us going back on ourselves and to keep the return trips as smooth and efficient as possible. Please factor this into your return plans.
