**ALL OF OUR HUMP DAY HIKES ARE FREEEEEEEE**

So last week, a few of us found the beautiful Garganta Del Capitán Waterfall. And I'd love to head back, and show you the route!!!

We'll be starting the River Hike at 11:00am 🕙🌎💪🏾⛰

The route isn't too long... Maybe 3 - 4kms each way. However, the terrain down to the Waterfall itself is literally vertical!!! It involves scrambling, climbing, and hiking down / and back up a steep path. So if your balance isn't up to stretch or you don't like heights, please do sit this one out! 

Also, it's great to get into the Rock Pool and enjoy the Waterfall, so its advisable to bring adequate footwear with lots of grip - and you must be able to swim

I would class the route as medium difficulty, just because of the uneven terrain, river crossings and odd bits of climbing…
